Z. Terae Hill

Executive Director

As the Executive Director of Ascend Family Care Services, Z. Terae Hill is committed to creating safe, structured, and therapeutic environments where children can heal, grow, and reach their full potential. A father of seven, he understands the importance of providing every child with stability, guidance, compassion, and the opportunity to succeed. With more than seven years of experience in the health and human services field, he is passionate about helping children and families overcome challenges through individualized care, strong leadership, and meaningful community partnerships.



Mr. Hill holds a double major in Economics and Finance from Rutgers University and brings extensive executive leadership experience in operations, strategic planning, risk management, and organizational development. His vision for Ascend is to become a recognized leader in behavioral health services by combining clinical excellence, innovation, and evidence-based practices that empower children and strengthen families. Under his leadership, Ascend remains dedicated to its mission of Uplifting Minds & Transforming Lives—Where Every Child Rises.

Natasha Corley

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience.  I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in social work from the University of Central Florida.  My specialization is with children, teenagers, young adults, and families. I enjoy helping clients navigate the challenges of life. I believe in a person-centered approach and will tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique needs and goals. I offer a safe and comfortable space to build a foundation of trust.  I work with ADHD, Autism, Family Conflict, Parenting, Anxiety, and Depression.
